Freedom Baseball Grabs Lead In Third Inning For Victory Over NS Giants

Freedom Baseball snatched the lead late in the game in an 11-1 victory over NS Giants on Saturday. The game was tied at one with Freedom Baseball batting in the bottom of the third when Caldore reached on a dropped third strike.

Freedom Baseball secured the victory thanks to six runs in the fourth inning. Freedom Baseball big bats were led by Famighetti, J C, Ortiz, Lynch, and A C, who each had RBIs in the inning.

Freedom Baseball evened things up at one in the bottom of the second inning when Azzaretto singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.

Freedom Baseball tallied six runs in the fourth inning. The rally was led by singles by Famighetti and Ortiz, a walk by A, an error on a ball put in play by J, and a double by Lynch.

Fajardo led things off on the hill for Freedom Baseball. He surrendered one run on three hits over four innings, striking out seven.

Castro was on the pitcher’s mound for NS Giants. He lasted three innings, allowing eight hits and ten runs while striking out six and walking zero.

Freedom Baseball racked up nine hits on the day. Fajardo and Azzaretto each managed multiple hits for Freedom Baseball. Azzaretto and Fajardo each collected two hits to lead Freedom Baseball. Freedom Baseball stole ten bases during the game as three players stole more than one. Fajardo led the way with three.
